Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia telah mengisytiharkan 1 Disember setiap tahun sebagai Kempen AIDS Sedunia. Kempen ini telah mula disambut semenjak tahun 1988. Pelbagai tema telah digunakan untuk sambutan Hari AIDS Sedunia ini iaitu seperti berikut;
